Universities can be positive forces for building the social fabric of their surrounding area. This project is intended to develop an integrated campus and community model. Collaborative efforts with the City of Rubí and the City of Sant Quirze del Vallès have been carried out in order to propel a mixed–used community with multiple options for living, working, walking and experiencing nature, fully engaged with the surrounding neighborhoods and their local heritage.
